The Design Process

1. Email your design request to rbyartdesign@gmail.com
2. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT – Be very detailed with your request like how it should look, desired colors, simple or deluxe layout, and all text copy needed for the design.
3. Once we have received the email we will reply with a quote based on your design needs.
4. Client is to pay invoice
5. We will provide the 1st design mock up within our standard 36 hour timeframe.
6. Same day design request have a 8 hour timeframe.
7. Design Hours (Mon – Fri 9:00am – 9:00pm EST)
8. NO REFUNDS on graphic design work.
