Steps to Get Started 

1. Fill out the Quote Form
2. Email your high quality 300 DPI artwork to – info@rbyprints.com
3. RBY Prints will provide printing proofs before production that must be APPROVED.
4. After you have approved the print job you MUST send payment to RBY Print in full for the print to begin.
5. If you need graphic design services you must pay that fee along with the cost of printing. (Graphic design fees vary based on need of client.)

Shipping For Apparel

For example: If an order is approved by 11AM EST on Tuesday, and the Turnaround Time for the product is three days, printing will be completed on Thursday. Additional Holiday Turnaround:
Please be advised that during the holiday season, our standard printing turnaround time will be extended by an additional (2) two business days due to an increase in volume. Thank you for your cooperation.

Orders that will be picked up: Please allow up to one additional business day after the turnaround to prepare packages for pickup.
Orders that will be shipped: Please allow one additional business day for receipt of labeling and billing information before counting turnaround time for shipping from UPS. For example, if you are quoted a shipping time of 3 business days from February 3rd, please allow the first day for GotPrint to relay your information and for UPS to pick up, and the following 3 business days/non-holidays for your shipment to arrive.

Rush production

Please note that not all products and sizes have Rush printing available.

Orders will print in (2) two business days after approval and processed payment. They will ship on the (3rd) third day.

ROUND CORNERS: Add (1) one additional business day to turnaround time.

ORDERS PLACED BY 8AM PST, AND APPROVED BY 11AM PST, WILL PRINT IN TWO BUSINESS DAYS AND SHIP ON THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY.

For instance, if an order is placed by Monday, 8AM PST, we will send you an online proof within three hours. Once you approve the order (by 11AM PST), your order will be sent to print and will ship by Wednesday.
